  : Rooms are not totally separated. Small room window is seeing on a construction where day and night the lamps are lighting 110%. Like a Hollywood film shooting lighting. Sleeping is not easy in a fully lamped room. Bathroom shower insulation is bad so after one shower the whole bathroom is wet. But we could still survive. :-)

  : The location is great! Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The apartment also faces a courtyard which enables calm nights in Paris.The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is handy..
  : We arrived in the middle of a pandemic (Covid 19) and there was no soap to find in the apartment to wash hands. Also, it wasn't very cleaned. We could find dirty walls and fingerprints of previous guests all over the mirrors and cupboards. This is unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable upon arrival. Our check-in was disappointing. We chose to book our stays with booking out of facility (one button, credit card is saved) but we had to make a manual transfer 48h before check in, which we did. However, the payment was not received due to weekend days and 30 mins before arrival, we still had no access to check in! And we were traveling with a newborn...Despite that, the company did not offer any compensation for this troublesome day.

  : Location was brilliant, the apartment was clean. Staff helpful and easily contactable.
  : Lot smaller than the pictures, one bedroom no bigger than cupboard

  : it was a terrible experience, I will not repeat it again nor recommend it to others. Although the apartment is fully cleand, the smell was terrible without air conditioning, you can't stay in it, which unfortunately was partially broken. You can't enter the small room because of the smell, even with air conditioning, if you open the window, it smells of sewage. The rubber of the doors in the bathrooms is rattled, and water flows out of the bathroom when you take a shower, which takes more work to let dry. finally 2 of us had to book other hotel. We are totally dissatisfied.

  : Our group included 3 older persons, the stairs was a challenge for them. we were with 5 people, but only had 1 toilet.

  : One small room doesn't have any curtain or blind to block light from outside at night, very annoying to sleep as it was too bright outsideNot enough kitchen stuffs such as no sponge to clean dishes, no knife to cut fruits, no tower to clean the table, not enough toilet paper and we had to buy extra toilet paper on our own
