  : There was no heat in the apartment and it was a very cold, rainy day. It is small, the photographs are deceptive. Overpriced.

  : Live, active mold on walls near windows. I have pictures. Also at ceiling by ductwork No remote for TV

  : Management is fantactically poor. 1. They forgot to give me an info about room number and e-code to enter the room. The lady cleaner, being there occasionally helped to get this info. No reception, 2. Their number is not connected to what;sapp (they announce everywhere that is in whatsapp. So you need eacn time to call them by international line and wait for music etc) 3. The most negative point that breakfast was payed. An evening before we agreed about the timing to serve it. I have made several calls (again quite costly) and each time they (different operators) started to investigate, then confirmed that is was coming, finally smb told me that sorry it'd would be served at all. 4. They promised to return money and the game started again - I have sent them payment details. a week passed, no money. Started to ask and again - please send us your account details to pay. Like they got and confirmed nothing that they had received all data. Looks like it'll take quite an effort to get anything from them
