: The location is very close to Luvr
: We didn't have the codes for access to the building and to the floor, the manager didn't answer our requests on WhatsApp. Massaged the Instarram.We called them, but it was no answer. We were staying during the hour and were trying to go in. Our neighbors had came and we came in with them. We had only one code it was from the room. We were very tired and angry about it. In the morning the manager has answered and apologised with acces codes.

: The fragrance of the cleaning product (you must tell me what brand and item it is) that greeted me as I walked it and the cleanliness of everywhere. It felt like being at my home (clean). The view from my window was adequate and private and shared Paris' much appreciated architecture. I felt secure with the coded access on the doors. The location was brilliant... all the shops and places to eat I needed where there. Very easy for Uber to find me!I love the contact/messages I got from WS before I came and whilst I was there. It was almost like having a human being there. The QR code scan helped us understand the facilities - excellent.The streets are clean too.Due to wanting to keep the standard of cleanliness that WS provided, we cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom to make their job much easier. WS have done a good job!
: I found it unusual not to have a check -in desk, but now see it wasn't necessary. I do think a friendly face would have enhanced our experience... somebody to greet on the way in and out and ask quick questions to.Perhaps tell guests:1. Uber understands the pick-up location to be "Kunitoraya," which is the restaurant at the corner (opposite City shop).2. What and where the local shops are (this is one of the reasons I loved this location) ... very close shops. E.g closest bakery (croissants), types of cuisine, shop to purchase ingredients, shopping centre, attractions near by.3. Something about the building or the statue near by - help guests to appreciate the location.It is your opportunity to enhance sales, especially as the Olympics are coming to Paris.Above all, I have already and will recommend this place to my friends and family and happy to stay again.
