  : I wish to share with you, the bad experience that I had with Hotel de Charonne during my stay. The photos they shared on their advertisement did not coincide with the rooms we received. The air circulation was terrible and there was no air conditioning although it was stated that it is a 3 star hotel. The loud noises due to the construction work going on in the next building spoilt our sleep and the room was filled with dust. The next morning, the room service parked the towel carriage right in front of our room in the narrow corridor, rendering it impossible to step out of the room. The experience was as terrible as it would get, even drinking water was not provided to us. One does not expect booking.com to form such a partnership with a Hotel that provides a hopeless stay for it's patrons. Kindly look into the matter.
