: 1. Location is great.2. The guy who helps with local admin was very polite and available.
: 1. Promised AC, but unit is not functional so they put a portable unit where the hot air is thrown to apartment inside, very noisy unit as well, 100% useless. Never used it.2. Refrigirator was dripping water , when we told them avout it they brought someone to fix a day after, in the middle of the day. It kept on dripping so we gave up on that since they didnt agree to bring someone to fix early in the morning. So actually, no refrigerator. At all.3. Owner wasnt too available when we had this refrigirator crisis.We asked for "booking" help , they never got back to us either, very disapointing.Bottom line, if you get there make sure you get functional refrigerator and ac , with these two it could be perfect.

: Everyone in Paris wishes they could live on this street. Perfect location, very quiet. Nice closet space.
: It was cute, but could use a remodel. Tea pot needs to be replaced - the handle gets hot!

: the Marais area is fantastic and the location was very good.
: The apartment needs a renovation and needs to be cleaned. For example, the curtains had holes in them and looked as if they hadn't been washed for the past fifteen years. The sofa had stains on it. the place just wasn't clean.

: The location is perfect. The flat is clean and comfortable.
: It was a bit difficult to find the door code, partly my fault. I'd advise people to make sure they're crystal clear. The kettle handle heated up & burned our hands. The kettle didn't turn off. We reported this, but nothing happened. All the electrics failed one evening, only revived by lengthy twiddling of fuses. No help was available for this either, Bath plug stuck & couldn't be removed, leaving a full bath &. unusable shower. Managed to get it off with a knife.
