: The location was good and the apartment is modern and very nice, providing a good space for the three days we were there.
: There had already been two poor reviews that stated there was a problem with the access door to the apartment. The key was very stiff on the first day and we actually got locked out on the second day with no way of getting back into the apartment! The agency wanted me to send a video, which they complained was in the wrong format!! Due to the staining on the spare duvet I had requested a duvet cover (none was originally provided or pillow cases for the sofa bed which we were using in addition to the bedroom), the cleaner bought new linen and his key worked. I then had to go and get the new set of keys, which worked, but not perfectly! The lock remained a problem throughout our stay. I had to drop both key sets off to the "key safe" store by 11am but on Sunday the store did not open till 12pm! I was told to leave the door to the garden area open and hide the keys and the agent told the cleaners to go there quickly. It was a real shame as the need for bedding (which should have been provided) and the malfunctioning keys impacted a whole day with over 24 emails and 9 calls.....I loved the apartment and would stay again, but not until they have sorted out the door lock!

: The place was not as shown in the photos. Both the sofa bed and the sofa had large stains. The kitchen floor was filthy, coffee rings on the counters as well as food crumbs. No clean linens were provided for the sofa bed or blankets for it or the bedroom. One duvet with brown stains was found in the closet. The entry instructions omitted the building access code causing a long and confusing process to finally getting in. This caused us to miss a scheduled tour. We refused to stay in such unsanitary place. Upon seeing the condition of the apartment we refused to stay.
