A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer, Paypal, moneygram or western union. The property will contact you directly to organise this.

the credit card must be used to guarantee the reservation, and cannot be used for prepayment. the balance of the rent as to be paid by cash on arrival.

The owner needs to come to the apartment every 3 or 4 days to clean and maintain the fish tank.
